What is Breakfast Club?
Consistent morning training during the season (September–May). We focus on what you need—transferable skills like deception, shooting, edge work, and positional skills (forward/defense).
Classes:
Tuesday 7:00–8:00 AM @ Capri
Wednesday 6:30–7:30 AM @ Essex Complex
Thursday 6:30–7:30 AM @ Essex Complex
Friday 6:30–7:30 AM @ Vollmer Centre (LaSalle)

Register for Breakfast ClubEach spring, FEHT recruits top talent from the area to compete in premier tournaments across North America. Since 2018, FEHT Selects has captured championships from Chicago to Toronto. Many alumni have advanced to the OHL, college, and even the NHL.
This year in Windsor, we will host several Select teams from the 2015–2018 birth years.
We strongly support competitive spring hockey where players are challenged by and grow with the best from their area. No better confidence builder than playing with and against top talent.

Spring Selects InfoFEHT is pleased to announce registration is now open for its first 6-week summer camp in Windsor! Train alongside some of the best players in your age group and master the transferable skills that separate elite players in big moments.
What are transferable skills?
New shooting releases such as the Bedard, Matthews, Quick Release, Hopshot, and Push-Out. Whether walking the blue line as a defenseman or entering the O-zone as a forward, every release adds another tool to your game. Players learn how to maximize flex, manipulate the blade, and perfect each technique.
Deception Skills:
Weight shifting on entries, punch stops on puck retrievals, hip drops, and anchors to create more time and space. Each student learns how to implement these skills effectively under game pressure.
Consistency and discipline are key. One-off lessons won’t transform your game—but a structured five-week progression will. Our communication-focused coaching ensures every player understands and applies what’s taught for maximum development.
